In a nutshell – we will work together to make you a healthier and happier version of you than yesterday.

Healthier Happier You is a bespoke service designed for each individual I work with to ensure a personal service provides the motivation, encouragement, simple and enjoyable ideas and accountability to get you from where you are now (A) to where you want to be (B).

The key to your success is making improvements across your diet, movement, mindfulness, rest and relaxation. As this is when the magic will happen.

During the first session, we will explore together what a healthier happier you would feel and look like. Together we will then design our A-B plan to ensure that you have the motivation, ability and daily prompts to activate the new tiny habits that we will introduce. We will always celebrate success for achieving the new habits.

As much as possible we will conduct the sessions whilst on the move, whether a walk, jog, cycle or what works for you. This is so important to me because moving is one of the major pillars to becoming a healthier happier version of yourself and I know how precious time is. By doing our sessions on the move we are killing two birds with one stone!
