Together we can find the motivation, encouragement, simple and enjoyable ideas and accountability to get you on your journey to a healthier and happier life. I will work with you to motivate you through your journey giving you the support that you need.  Providing this in a friendly environment.

And the best thing is we will do this whilst on the move as much as we can (please don’t feel intimidated by this as we will discuss and agree what this will look like, and you won’t need to suffer to feel the benefits).  We will look at walking, jogging, cycling or whatever we decide will work for you.

You already know that moving is good for your body but the positive impact that it has on your mental wellbeing to reduce stress, depression and anxiety is proven.  Improved mental wellbeing will strengthen your resilience to cope better with life. Therefore, making you healthier and happier!

Three steps to a Healthier Happier You

Step 1 – Let’s get creative and explore your ambitions

During our first session, we will explore together what a healthier happier you would feel and look like. We will identify where you are currently (A) and where you want to get to (B).

You can share your ambitions in a comfortable and private environment where no judgements will be made. Your ambitions then become mine.

Step 2 – Healthier Happier You A – B plans

Together we will then design your A-B plan to ensure that you have the motivation, ability and daily prompts to activate the new ‘tiny habits’ that we will introduce.

The plan will form a holistic approach to lifestyle around movement/exercise, nutrition/hydration, rest/sleep and mindfulness.

Your plan forms the cornerstone and commitment of your journey to becoming a healthier happier version of you yesterday.

Step 3 – Accountability

Your plan is what you will be accountable for and what we will use at our sessions to measure your progress, to celebrate, to tweak and to set new tiny habits.

Nothing goes on the plan which you don’t have the ability to achieve and to ensure this is the case I ask for your honesty when we are setting your ambitions.

As everyone is unique there is no set number of sessions that I recommend or the regularity of when we meet but these can all be discussed when we first meet.

Sessions will last for 50 minutes.
